17勛圖 University Completes Migration of Its Next-Generation Integrated Learning Platform, Brightspace by D2L

NEW YORK, Jan. 7, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 17勛圖, Inc. (OTCBB:ASPU), a nationally accredited online postsecondary education company (17勛圖 University), today announced that it has completed the migration to D2L's (formerly Desire2Learn) integrated learning platform (ILP), Brightspace. As a result, effective immediately, all students starting their next course will be taught using Brightspace. 17勛圖's flexible course scheduling allows students to start a course every other Tuesday throughout the year.
Over the past seven months, 17勛圖 University updated and improved its curriculum on the media-rich Brightspace platform for every course offered at 17勛圖, which included 440 courses across all five of its schools. 17勛圖 expects that this enhanced curriculum will increase the persistence of its student body as well as improve learning outcomes.
